Entrance visa issued for business trip

Business trip visa for business relations or cooperation in the Republic of Azerbaijan at the request of state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, legal entities operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan or individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without establishing a legal entity, as well as branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities issued to foreigners and stateless persons who come with a document confirming their activity.

The period of stay in the country on a business visa is up to 180 days.

The documents specified in Article 36 of this Code are required for the issuance of a business visit visa.

Entry visa issued for scientific or educational purposes

Scientific or educational visa is issued at the request of state bodies, research institutes, state-registered educational institutions operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan to engage in scientific activities, participate in relevant conferences, seminars and other scientific events, be admitted to educational institutions or It is given to foreigners and stateless persons who come for professional development.

The period of stay in the country on a science or education visa is set at 90 days.

Relevant document confirming that the person has the financial means to pay for education and residence in the Republic of Azerbaijan for the purpose of obtaining a science or education visa (unless the education of a foreigner or stateless person in the Republic of Azerbaijan is funded by the country of citizenship or permanent residence) and Article 36 of this Code. The documents specified in Article are required.
